Lane County Library

Enrollment begins May 21-May 31 for children ages  3 through 4 th grade (current year). If you are unable to come to the library during this time we will have an on-line enrollment form on our web page at lanecolibrary.org. Fill out all questions and submit the form. Reading charts will be handed out at the first program. The Lane County Summer Reading Program officially begins on June 5th and will end on July 10th. Children must be enrolled to participate in the activities. If you have any questions, call 620-397-2808

The library will be closed from November 24-27 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Please be aware that on December 5th the State Library’s contract with Overdrive will be at an end, and the digital books will be moving to a new service.                                               The Lane County Library will be closed on Monday, July 4th.

Richard Renner as the VodVill Klown performing circus skills and pantomime techniques. A completely silent act, except for the occasional scream, Richard entertains with physical comedy, prat falls and circus skills. Richard will be performing at the Lane County Library tomorrow at 10 a.m. for those enrolled in the Summer Reading Program.

A video conferencing class will be held at the Lane County Library on “Fundamental Microsoft Word” on May 26th from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.  Technology trainer, Randy Merrill, from the Salina Public Library will present the class.  If interested please contact the library.
